Cannot recommend Kyla highly enough. We only saw two homes with her but we ended up buying the second one. She worked super hard to get all of our documents in on time, and helped us get a good deal on this house even in the current inflated market. We were from out of state and we had never meet or heard of Kyla before. We called her to show us a piece of property we seen online. We had been looking for the right property for two years at that point. We have bought several parcels in the last 40 years so we have deal with many different realitors. Kyla is by far the most pleasant, knowledgeable and professional realestate agent we have ever encountered. This girl is on it! She provided us with every piece of information and went above and beyond looking into records, repairs and reports without us even asking at times to make sure we were informed, that we felt confident in our purchase. She answered all of our questions and provided documents verifying the answers. She thought of questions that we may want to ask and offered information of where we could find answers if she was unable to provide them and I believe that was only once. She did the work for us and we didn’t even have to ask. She made it so easy and had our best interest and our backs the whole way. When we couldn’t get the repair company to speak to us about a water leak the parcel had Kyla went so far as to look at the water company’s records to help verify the leak had been fixed and the owners bill reflected it. Kyla even stopped by the parcel to physically look at the water meter when everything was turned off to verify no water was running. She was amazing! We never asked her to do this. I mean wow! We have never worked with any realitor like this before and to say we were impressed is an under statement! We just wish we could hire her to manage the rest of our life.
